Brown leaves
for Kabul
ISLAMABAD: U.S. Senator Hank Brown left here for Kabul on Monday morning for talks with the Afghan leaders.
"Brown plans to meet Afghan President Burhanuddin Rabbani, Commander Ahmed Shah Masud, Taliban leaders and General Abdul Rashid Dostum during his two-day visit to Afghanistan", a U.S. embassy official said.
He said brown would exchange views with the Afghan leaders on the overall situation in Afghanistan.-PPI
