inquiry judge
LAHORE: The acting Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court (LHC), Mr. Justice Irshad Hasan Khan has nominated Mr. Justice Ihsan-ul-Haq Chaudhry, a senior judge of the High Court to conduct inquiry into the murder of Javed Ashraf, Additional Secretary General, PML-N, Lahore.
It may be mentioned that the learned acting Chief Justice has nominated the learned judge on the request of Governor of Punjab Raja Saroop Ahmed Khan.
The learned acting Chief Justice observed that the enquiry is to be held within two weeks.-PPI
