KARACHI: Five persons were killed in different incidents of firing in the city on Monday.

Bullet riddled dead bodies of Mohammad Ilyas and Abdul Rashid were recovered from a parked Suzuki pickup in Orangi Town area. Both the bodies were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

Aslam, 45, was killed in Clifton area. His body was removed to JPMC.

An unidentified man was killed in firing incident in Gulshan-e-Jamal area. His body was also removed to JPMC.

Kashif was gunned down in Pirabad area.

Imran 12, and Asif were injured in different incidents of firing in Brigade and Orangi Town areas.

Shahid and Imran were kidnapped from Jacob Lines area. Later Imran managed to escape after dodging the kidnapper.

Aziz, chowkidar, was killed when he resisted an attempt of dacoity in the house situated on main Shahrahe Faisal.

Five armed men barged in a house in Sindhi Muslim Society and took away, VCR, TV, video camera, tape recorder and other valuables on gun-point.
