MITHAN KOT (Rajanpur): President Farooq Ahmad Khan Leghari Saturday said that government would provide the people of far-flung areas of the Southern Punjab with natural gas.

He was addressing a gathering of people affected by the recent floods in the rivers-Indus and Chenab which meet near the town. He was accompanied by Chairman, Social Action Board D. G. Khan, Sardar Jamal Khan Lehgari and other prominents of the area.

Leghari said that the gas pipeline carrying imported natural gas from the neighbouring countries would pass through the Southern Punjab, ultimately benefitting the people of towns like Rajanpur, Kot Mithan, Fazil Pur and Jampur.-APP
