HYDERABAD: The Christian community continued hunger strike on the third consecutive day here on Wednesday to protest against the inordinate delay in the arrest of the police officers of 'B' section police station Latifabad, who were allegedly involved in the murder of a Christian youth Javed Maseeh.

13 Christians namely Ishaq Bagga, Samuel Nazir, Akbar Hayat, Yousuf Patrick, Ashraf Gil, Johnson Gulzar, Shoukat Khokhar, Bashir Sadar, Siddique Sardar, Shafqat Shaif, Sharif Sardar, Wiliam Shoukat and Rafiq Sardar observed dawn to dusk hunger strike in front of the Hyderabad Press Club.
