KARACHI: Dawood Leasing Company Limited and Dacom International, Incorporated of Seoul, Korea have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding to pursue through a Joint Venture, the business opportunities that exist in the Credit Card Information Systems.

Dawood Leasing Company Limited is amongst the leading leasing institutions of the country sponsored by the Dawood family and large financial institutions including State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, ICP, Saudi Pak, Al Faysal Investment Bank and Cres Bank.

Dacom International, Inc., is subsidiary of Dacom Corporation involved in Data Communication Services, Nation Administration Information System, Long Distance Telephone Services, Computer Systems Development, Software & Hardware Products.

They are interested in forming joint ventures outside their home country to pursue: Postal Banking Computer Network Projects; Credit Card Information System; Fax & Mail, and Message Handling System.
