KARACHI: Azizur Rehman Rajpoot, Chairman of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Traders and Cottage Industries (FPCTCI) has called upon the President Farooq Ahmed Khan Leghari to hold a meeting with the traders in order to properly apprise himself of their problems and help resolve them.

In a press statement on Tuesday, he said that the President, should hold accountability of the bureaucracy which is keeping distance between him and the traders by not scheduling their meeting with the President despite written request was sent in this regard on June 19.

He said the meeting could be beneficial at the time when traders are forced to hold countrywide strike due to the irresponsible attitude of the burecaucracy and solve their problems through negotiations with the President.
