ISLAMABAD: President Farooq Ahmad Khan Leghari has said that Pakistan offers excellent investment opportunities to the foreign entrepreneurs in Pakistan.

He was talking to the out-going Ambassador of Portugal to Pakistan, Dr. Gabriel Mesquita De Brito, who paid a farewell call on him at the Aiwan-e-Sadr here on Sunday.

The President hoped that Pakistan and Portugal would further increase trade and economic cooperation. He appreciated the services rendered by the out-going Ambassador in further strengthening of bilateral relations between the two countries.

The out-going envoy thanked the President and Government of Pakistan for the co-operation and hospitality extended to him during his stay in Pakistan.

President Farooq Ahmad Khan Leghari wished Dr. Gabriel all success in his future diplomatic assignments.

On the occasion, the President also presented a memento to the out-going ambassador as a token of friendship.-APP
