KARACHI: Sindh Governor Kamaluddin Azffar has donated Rs 1 million to the widow of Naval Musician Aijaz Afzal, who was killed during flag hoisting ceremony at the Mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam on August 14.

In a message to Admiral Mansurul Haque, Chief of the Naval Staff, the Governor said that only an enemy of the people or a traitor could commit such a dastardly act on an auspicious day of the birth of Pakistan.

As such, he said, leading musician Aijaz Afzal, is to be included in the list of shaheeds.-APP
