ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs has issued the following notification related to Central Excise:

"SRO 835(1)/95: In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 12A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (I of 1944), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No.SRO 545(I)/94, dated the 9th June, 1994, namely:

"In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), in the entry relating to "Insurance", in column (3), clause (ii) and the entry relating thereto in column (4) shall be omitted".
