LARKANA: Three unidentified armed bandits looted a Larkana-bound Edhi Ambulance near Biro Chandio some 10 kilometres off here on Monday night.

According to the Incharge Edhi Welfare Centre Larkana Haji Mohammad Salim, he was coming back to Larkana from Shahdadkot, when reached near Biro Chandio, three armed bandits intercepted his ambulance and looted all the three persons travelling in it, depriving them from N.I. Cards, Wrist Watches and Rs 10,000 in cash.

Meanwhile, he added, a patrolling police mobile reached the spot and after a brief gunbattle the bandits managed to runaway.

Kamber Police have registered the case and further investigations are underway.-APP
