KARACHI: Sindh Government has issued a notification to make amendments in the Karachi Electric Rates Order 1991, changing rates of additional surcharge for residential, commercial, industrial, bulk, agriculture and public lighting consumers of Karachi city, it is officially stated here on Sunday.

General supply tariff for residential consumers

b. 51 150 units Paisa 46 per kwh

c. 151 300 units Paisa 80 per kwh

d. 301 1000 units Paisa 143 per kwh

e. 1001 2000 units Paisa 192 per kwh

f. 2001 3000 units Paisa 208 per khw

g. 3001 4000 units Paisa 223 per kwh

h. 4001 and above units Paisa 237 per kwh

General Supply Tariff for commercial purpose

a. Upto 100 units Paisa 188 per kwh

b. Above 100 units Paisa 201 per kwh

Industry Supply

a. 400 volt B-1 Paisa 135 per kwh

b. 400 volt B-2 Paisa 201 per kwh

c. 11 KV B-3 Paisa 114 per kwh

d. 66/132 KV B-4 Paisa 110 per kwh

Bulk Supply

a. 400 volts C-1 Paisa 130 per kwh
