LIVERPOOL: Most west european traders were reassessing their sales strategy in view of the good progress made so far by the major northern hemisphere new crops, industry sources said.

The recent upturn in New York cotton futures prices has precluded for the time being the conclusion of new business of new mills, many of which are still closed for holidays.-Reuter
