leak of
Nuclear secrets
ISLAMABAD: A spokesman of the Kahuta Research Laboratory (KRL) denied reports that some Israeli agents were successful in passing out abroad nuclear secrets of Pakistan, from Kahuta.
When his attention was drawn to reports published in a section of press the spokesman told PPI that in the first instance KRL has no contact with the Australian computer firm 'Media Link'. We have never worked with them as such there was no question of Pakistani secrets going out.
According to the spokesman the firm did work with the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission and they were in a better position to throw light on the facts.
According to reports an attempt was foiled by a sensitive agency of Pakistan when a lady working for the Israel intelligence agency "Moosad" in cooperation with her husband tried to pass on the secrets through the most latest computer system. A computer engineer was arrested and few more engineers were also arrested involved in the conspiracy.-PPI
