ADBP staff hail Mian Soomro's appointment as bank's chairman

ISLAMABAD: The Chairman All Pakistan ADBP Officers Associations Federation Islam Khan has welcomed the appointment of Mohammadmian Soomro as Chairman of the bank.

In his press statement issued here, Islam Khan has appreciated the decision of the government to appoint Soomro as Chairman of the bank and hoped that the ADBP would make tangible improvement in all of its operational activities particularly in recovery of long outstanding dues under his leadership.

He particularly pointed out that ADBP is the only institution where employees did not receive the awaited salary package due to the unjust bureaucratic interference during the tenure of previous government.

Islam Khan hoped that Soomro being a banker would realize the hardships of employees and would take necessary steps in this direction by announcing new salary package as he did for employees of National Bank.
