Lecture

LAHORE: The 9th annual lecture in memory of (Late) Dr C. A. Qadir, former chairman Philosophy Department, Punjab University will be held on Saturday at Alhamra Hall-II under the auspices of Dr C. A. Qadir Memorial Trust. Eminent scholar Ahmad Nadeem Qasmi will express his views on "National Culture and its Regional Impacts" while former law minister Punjab Syed Afzal Haider will preside over the function.
