Bank Al Habib
declares 20 percent Bonus Shares
KARACHI: The Annual General Meeting of Bank Al Habib was held at its registered office in Multan on March 28.
The Chairman briefed the shareholders about the progress and achievements of the bank.
The shareholders approved the Accounts of the Bank for the year ended December 31, 1999, and also approved the issue of Bonus Shares of 20 percent for the said period.
Deposits as on December 31, 1999, were Rs 14,112.9 million and its Profit before tax was Rs 372.7 million. The Bank now has 30 branches in all major cities of Pakistan providing a full range of banking services to its customers.ÑPR
