LHC bar wants to monitor Nawaz case

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court Bar Association(LHCBA) while condemning the irresponsible attitude of the I G Sindh, Registrar Sindh High Court and Home Secretary Sindh urged the Chief Executive and Chief Justice to take appropriate action against them for not allowing the LHCBA's members to monitor the proceedings of the case against the deposed Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif as well as holding a meeting with the deposed Senator Asif Ali Zardari.

The bar in its meeting here on Friday, maintained that the bar wanted to monitor the case of the deposed Prime Minister and meet Senator Asif Ali Zardari to see whether the government was adopting due course of law against them or not.

The meeting criticised the Sindh administration for not giving them permission in this regard.
