Karachi Port activity

RECORDER REPORT

KARACHI: The Karachi Port handled a total 80,906 tonnes of cargo, including 58,415 tonnes of import and 22,491 tonnes of export, during last 24 hours.

Of the total cargo handled, 30,906 tonnes was dry cargo and 50,000 tonnes liquid cargo.

The ships due to arrive at port on Saturday are: Kota Wangi, Ponl Mwazna, Saudi Buraydah, Global Pioneer, Fadil Rabi an Vori.

PORT QASIM

A cargo volume of 71,391 tonnes comprising 55,948 tonnes of imports and 15,443 tonnes of exports was handled during last 24 hours.

Battery Park and Alex were expected to sail on Friday Following vessels were currently at the outer anchorage.

Agha-I, Nyon, Energy, Heles Pont Courage and Jipro Dream.

Hands Oldendroff was due to arrive at the outer anchorage on Friday and expected to take berth at multi-purpose terminal of Port Qasim.

Jipro Dream was expected to take berth at Engro Paktank terminal of Port Qasim on Friday.
