Foreigner held

with heroin

LAHORE: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) on Saturday seized 5.300 kgs white heroin from a passenger bound for Bangkok by Thai Airways flight TG-506.

According to official sources, under the directive of ANF Regional Director Brig Riaz Ullah Khan Chib, a special raiding team of the ANF conducted a surprise raid led by Joint Director, Col. Manzar Akbar.

During their search, 5.300 kgs of white heroin was recovered from a bag carried by a passenger named Ayuko Mustafa of Sierra Leone. The contents were packed in small plastic bags and concealed in a vest.

A case has been registered against the accused under the relevant act, Investigations are in progress.ÑAPP
