changes on Jodia Bazar

KARACHI: Mixed price pattern was noted on the Jodia Bazar, where normal trading activity was witnessed on Wednesday.

Changes were marked in tea and jute goods.

Jute goods: Twine 20x3 Bawany brown was up by Rs 2 to Rs. 32; 16x3 CRT/Indus rose by same amount to Rs 32; 40x2 Bawany brown rose by Re. 1 to Rs. 30; 8x3 rose by Rs. 2 to Rs. 50 and 16x3 PJSL was up by Rs. 2 to Rs. 32. Hessian Cloth 45x10 Amin dropped sharply by Rs. 175 to Rs. 1500; 50x9 Mehran dropped Rs. 200 to Rs. 1300; 45x8 1/2 Amin conceded Rs. 300; 45x8 1/2 Amin shed same amount to Rs. 1200; 45x8 1/2 Indus was down by Rs. 100 to Rs. 1200; and 45x8 1/2 Crescent lost Rs. 100 to Rs. 1200.

Tea Kenya PF-1 A grade was down by Rs. 2 to Rs. 218; B grade dropped same amount to Rs. 207; Plus C grade dropped Rs. 6 to Rs. 197; and C grade was quoted at Rs. 185. BP-1 A grade conceded Rs. 5 to Rs. 230; B grade shed Rs. 2 to Rs. 222; Plus C grade lost Rs 5 to Rs. 219; and C grade was quoted at Rs. 170. Bangladesh's Garden pack Original conceded Rs. 4 to Rs. 119; Gulab shed Rs. 5 to Rs. 115 and Khushbu dropped Rs. 6 to Rs. 115. China Green 9575 dropped Rs. 2 to Rs. 48.
