H'abad flour mills to get 21,000 tonnes of wheat

HYDERABAD: The Sindh Food Department has decided to release 21,000 tonnes of wheat 2,10,000 bags for Hyderabad district that will be given to the roller flour mills and chakkis.

The Hyderabad Rationing Controller said that the mills and chakkis will supply wheat flour to the kiryana merchants and the people directly at the rates fixed by the government.

He said 25,000 bags of wheat had been supplied to 120 chakkis on Wednesday, while 25,000 bags had also been supplied to the light roller flour mills.

He said the supply of wheat to mills and chakkis will continue.
