DCs directed to pay outstanding dues to flour mills in seven days

LAHORE: The Chief Secretary, Punjab, Hafiz Akhtar Randhawa, has directed all the deputy commissioners to pay outstanding dues on account of Ramazan Package to the flour mills owners within seven days.

He issued these directions during a meeting with a delegation of Pakistan Flour Mills Association, which called on him here on Tuesday.

The chief secretary further assured the delegation that the issues regarding issuance of equal wheat quota to flour mills would be discussed in a meeting, which would be held after the Eid-ul-Azha.
