KARACHI: In order to run the affairs of Pakistan National Shipping Corporation PNSC in a better way and make it more profitable, the government has re-constituted the board of directors of the corporation, said a press release issued by the PNSC on Tuesday.

The new board of directors comprises the following, Vice Admiral A U Khan, chairman, PNSC as chairman of the board, Rear Admiral G Z Malik, director general (P&S); A Abdullah Yousuf, secretary, ministry of petroleum and natural resources; Syed Shamsul Haque, additional finance secretary (expenditure), ministry of finance; G R Arshad, chairman Rauf Textile Mills; Jehangir Siddiqui, shareholder director, and Muhammad Khusrow Khowaja.
