SHC CJ visits Raad's family

KARACHI: The Chief Justice of Sindh High Court Mr. Justice Syed Deedar Hussain Shah visited the residence of late Iqbal Raad Advocate here on Sunday to condole his death.

He offered Fateha and prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss with fortitude.

Earlier, the Chief Justice visited the residence of late Shehzad Adil Khatri son of late Justice Hussain Adil Khatri and condoled the untimely demise of Shehzad Khatri.

The Chief Justice of SHC, during the visits, while expressing his deep sense of grief and said that the Chief Justice of Supreme Court of Pakistan Mr. Justice Irshad Hasan Khan has already directed the Sindh Government and Inspector General of Police Sindh to expedite the investigation for arrest of real culprits involved in this tragic incident so that the justice could be provided to deceased families and progress report be communicated to him and Chief Justice of Pakistan as well.

He also condoled with the family members of both the deceased on behalf of Chief Justice of Supreme Court. APP
