IG police visits Larkana training school

LARKANA: Inspector General (IG) Police Sindh, Aftab Nabi, during the visit of Larkana on Sunday, said that the standard of training to the policemen in Training School Larkana is better than other schools and initiatives are being taken for further improvement.

Expressing his satisfaction over training of police cadets, he appreciated the efforts of management and Abdul Sattar Bhutto, Principal Police Training School (PTS).

IG directed Deputy Inspector General Police Larkana, Mohammad Bachal Sangree to renovate school building and provide facilities to the cadets.

Principal of the school requested the Larkana Municipal Corporation to place Indian's army tank which was taken by Pakistan's army from Indian soldiers in 1971 in front of police training school's building. The tank is presently placed at a crossing near railway station. The authorities accepted his request. PPI
