Free pulse seeds

for growers

LAHORE: Ayub Agricultural Research Institute (AARI) Faisalabad will provide free of cost seeds of various pulses to the growers under federal government's pulses productivity maximisation scheme.

According to a spokesman of Punjab Agriculture Department here on Thursday, AARI would also provide inocula at a rate of Rs 10 per acre.

He said that about 4,500 demonstration plots of moong and mash crops in the province.

He said that these plots would be set up field assistant level to help farmers to have seed of new varieties for the next sowing season.ÑAPP
