HYDERABAD: The officers of various federal government departments, at a meeting held here the other day, have formed federal government officers association.

The meeting elected Madam Samina Waqar, Deputy Director PID as the president of the association while Habib Noor Shaikh of Statistical department, Imdad Ali Memon of PID, Ismail Haroon of Customs and Central Excise Department, Javed Channa of APP and Ghulam Mohammad Memon were elected vice-president, general secretary, joint secretary, information secretary and treasurer respectively.

An eight-member working committee was also elected.
