50 hurt in Manila blast
MANILA: About fifty people were injured when a grenade exploded during a quarrel between two groups of vendors in a crowded market in the Philippine capital, police said on Thursday.
The grenade thrower escaped during a stampede that followed the Wednesday night blast.
The quarrel was prompted by a turf war between the two groups of street vendors, police said.-Reuters
