LHC allows candidate to appear in exam

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday allowed a candidate to appear in the examination of B.Sc, Medical Lab of the Children Hospital, Lahore.

The court also suspended the order of general body of the hospital according to which the body had restrained a candidate from appearing in the examination whereas he was on merit.

The petition filed by Muhammad Nawaz, a candidate of B.Sc Medical Lab through his counsel Muhammad Ikramul Haq submitted that he had submitted his forms to appear in the exmaination and he was on number nine in merit list displayed by the administration but he had been restrained by the general body of the Children Hospital from appearing in the examination.

He prayed the court to declare the act of hospital general body as illegal and void and allow to appear in the examination. APP
