RECORDER REPORT

KARACHI: The Karachi Port handled a total 86,767 tonnes of cargo including 66,843 tonnes of import and 19,924 tonnes of export, during last 24 hours.

Of the total cargo handled, 38,332 tonnes was dry and 48,435 tonnes liquid cargo.

The ships due to arrive at port on Friday are: Ben Aicha, Master and Trade Fast.

The ships expected to sail on Friday are: Reliance and Ascot.

PORT QASIM

A cargo volume of 29,524 tonnes comprising 26,364 tonnes of imports and 3,160 tonnes of exports was handled during last 24 hours in addition to 108 container (Teus).

Nol Coster and Karimun were sailed on Thursday morning.

Following vessels are at the outer anchorage: Al-Safa, Leni, Alex, World Rule and Atlas.

Atlas, World Rule and Leni were expected to take berths at Fauji Terminal iron ore, coal berth and multi purpose terminal of Port Qasim on Thursday.
