10 Indian troops killed in occupied Valley

SRINAGAR: In occupied Kashmir, an activists of Farooq Abdullah's National Conference and ten Indian army personnel were killed, reports KMS.

According to reports Mujahideen attacked the special operations group (SOG) headquarters at Kupwara killing two army personnel and injuring several others. The Mujahideen fired half a dozen rockets towards the camp and also exchanged fire with the SOG men.

In Lohar (Kokernag) in Islamabad district six troops were killed in fierce gun battle with Mujahideen last night. In their vindictive action the Indian army personnel blasted two houses and four dead bodies were recovered from the debris.

Unidentified gunmen shot dead a National Conference activist at Shopian in Pulwama district on Tuesday evening. The deceased has been identified as Yusuf Ganai.

Mujahideen hurled a grenade at an army picket at Yilgam in Kupwara district. One Indian army personnel was injured. Mujahideen hurled a grenade towards Indian troops at Sherbagh Islamabad. Three troops sustained injuries and were hospitalised.

The Indian troops conducted a search operation in Bandipora and tortured the civilians.-APP
