FDA introduces one window system

FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Development Authority(FDA) and the Water and Sanitation Agency (Wasa) have introduced the 'one window operation system' to expeditious disposal of the applications and public complaints.

A special counter to receive applications and complaints has been set-up in the FDA and Wasa.

The incharge of the counter would ensure that all applications/complaints received at the counter are completely processed.

The FDA Director General has assured the citizens that all the applications for new water supply and sewerage connections would be disposed of by the Wasa.

He has directed the FDA Town Planning Department not to issue any NoC to a private housing colony until and unless the owners of the scheme don't fulfil the requisite conditions and pledge the plots of public utility with FDA.
