Badar's advice to PML

LAHORE: PPP Secretary Jehangir Badar said on Sunday that instead of entangling PPP, PML should fight its own war with the government

Speaking at an Iftar party, he said PML was sadly mistaken that PPP would play any role in restoration of its government. "We will not be used by them in struggle against the present government," he added.

Jehangir said it was too early to say anything about the performance of the present government. "Whenever we feel that a need had emerged to launch a movement for restoration of democracy in the country, the party will do so," he maintained.

Shaikh Rafiq, Aitzaz Ahsan, Prof. Ijaz-ul-Hasan and other party leaders were present on the occasion.
