plot allotment by

LAHORE: The Accountability Court hearing reference of plot allotment for petrol pump against Mian Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo, ex-CM Punjab, called on Friday for record of the case from the Board of Revenue, Punjab.

The court headed by Sheikh Mohammad Rafiq Goreja directed that the Deputy Secretary concerned, BOR along with the Patwari of the area concerned where the plot was allotted, should appear before the court on January 31, 2000, along with the record.

In another Accountability Court, the accused Chaudhry Zahoor, former ATC judge appeared before the court on Friday. His counsel submitted that the accused had already been discharged by the Anti-Corruption Establishment and requested to be provided copies of the allegation so that he could respond properly.

The court adjoured the case till February 2, 2000.ÑAPP
