Feb 5 to be observed as solidarity day with Kashmiris

Muzaffarabad: February 5, will be observed as the solidarity day with Kashmiris throughout Pakistan, AJK and abroad.

Protest rallies and demonstrations against India will be held. And protest sit-ins and token-hunger strikes will be staged in front of the UN military observer offices and Indian high commissions in the country and abroad.

Every year since 1974, Pakistanis and Kashmiris, living elsewhere in the world, observe February 5, as a mark of solidarity with their Kashmiri brethren.

AJK Prime Minister Sultan Mehmood Choudhary on Wednesday appealed to the masses and political leadership to make the solidarity day successful.
