Abduction proceedings against serial killer put off

LAHORE: The Additional District and Sessions Judge Lahore, Salahud Din, has adjourned the proceedings of a case against Javed Iqbal Moghal, a serial killer, and directed the superintendent of Kot Lakhpat Jail to produce him before the court on February 03.

Earlier, the public prosecutor informed the court that the accused failed to appear before the court as he was in jail in killings case.

It may be mentioned that in the present case Javed Iqbal Mohgal faces the charge of abducting two brothers, Qasir Abbas and Yasar Abbas, from Data Darbar, in Lahore.
