ISLAMABAD: Ejaz Rahim, a BS-21 officer of the District Management Group (DMG), at present posted as additional secretary in-charge of the Ministry of Health, will hold the additional charge of post of additional secretary in-charge of the Ministry of Population Welfare, in addition to his own duties, with immediate effect, pending posting of a regular incumbent.

According to various notifications by the Establishment Division here on Thursday, Kamran Rasool, a BS-21 officer of the DMG, at present posted as additional secretary, interior division, is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of the Punjab government with immediate effect and until further orders.

Mohammad Shakil Durrani, a BS-21 officer of the DMG, at present posted as under the NWFP government is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of the Ministry of Kashmir Affairs, Northern Areas, States and Frontier Regions for posting until further orders as chief secretary, government of Azad, Jammu and Kashmir, Muzaffarabad, with effect from Feb 4, the date the present incumbent, Ch Mohammad Ashraf, attains the age of superannuation.

Kayser Ali Shah, a BS-20 officer of the DMG, at present posted as officer on Special Duty (OSD), Establishment Division is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Ministry of Food, Agriculture & Livestock for posting as Managing Director, Pakistan Oilseed Development Board, Islamabad under Section 10 of the Civil Servants Act, 1973 with immediate effect and until further orders.

Flt. Lt Mumtaz-ur-Rehman Khan (Retd), a BS-19 officer of the DMG presently awaiting posting in the Establishment Division posted as deputy secretary, Establishment Division, with immediate effect and until further orders.

Ms Amna Yousaf Ali Khan, a BS-18 officer of the DMG, at present posted as OSD Establishment Division, is transferred and her services are placed at the disposal of the Federal Public Service Commission for posting as director (BS-19), in her own pay and scale, in the commission under Section 10 of the Civil Servants Act, 1973, with immediate effect till filling of the post on regular basis by initial recruitment through the commission.ÑAPP
