Conference on poultry, vet drugs planned

FAISALABAD: The World Poultry Science Association (Pakistan Branch) and the Pakistan Veterinary Pharma Association have planned to jointly organise second National Conference on Poultry & Veterinary Medicines to welcome new century.

This was stated by Conference Coordinator Dr. A.A. Ramzee, here on Wednesday, while talking to newsmen.

He said the organizing committee has chalked out an excellent and interesting programme, comprising a comprehensive scientific programme with workshops on marketing and current poultry disease status and five technical sessions, a trade exhibition and a cultural programme to entertain delegates after the hectic scientific schedule of two days. The purpose of this conference is to transfer latest knowledge to the field workers and farmers, he added.

Dr Ramzee said that the scientists and research workers would present papers on the latest development in science and research which definitely help the delegate in their practical endeavours.

Companies marketing their products in Pakistan and could also benefit by displaying their products in the trade exhibition by advertising in the conference souvenir.

This will be a great opportunity where at least 500 delegates representing all disciplines of the industry would attend this conference.
