Another cold spell forecast
KARACHI: The Met office on Tuesday indicated another cold spell in the city within a couple of days as a weather system over Iran and Afghanistan is heading towards Pakistan which will cause clouds and rains.
The current cold spell declined with discontinuation of westerly waves which caused chill in the city for the last many days.
The city's minimum temperature increased on Tuesday to 11.5 centigrade with the lowest of 7 degree centigrade on Sunday.
Met office Director Akhtar Qayoom Siddiqui told APP that the weather system would cause clouds, which would again cause a decrease in temperature.
The maximum temperature of the city was recorded at 25.3 degree centigrade with 15 percent humidity in the air.
The Met office has forecast fair weather with cool nights.
The weather of other parts of the city also remained dry and cool. APP
