AAG to meet

LAHORE: The Agriculture Advisory Group (AAG) will meet in Islamabad on Tuesday (January 18) to discuss the problems confronting the farming sector.

According to the Agriculture Ministry sources, issues like the possible impact of World Trade Organisation (WTO) treaty on the Pakistani agriculture sector would be taken up at the meeting.

The AAG comprising agricultural experts and farmers' representatives has been formed to assist the government in the formulation of policies and their implementation.ÑAPP
