LAHORE: The Pearl Continental's Eid Millennium Show attracted a huge crowd of enthusiastic admirers on Tuesday who were enthralled by Abida Parveen with her performance of mystic songs.

Five-star hotels in the city could not entertain the start of the new year due to the holy month of Ramazan. It was only after Eid that the Pearl Continental could provide the opportunity to the city people to celebrate by arranging a show with renowned singer Abida Parveen, known for her command over all types of songs, especially "Gharroli".
