HBL Crore-Pati last draw held

KARACHI: The last lucky winner of Habib Bank Limited's Crore-Pati Deposit Certificate monthly draw was Mrs Saeeda Naz of Sargodha who won the bumper prize of Rs 10 million Sultan Mohammad of Haripur, Hazara, bagged the grand prize of Rs 500,000.

Final draw ceremony of HBL Crore-Pati Deposit Certificates, was held on December 30, at HBL Plaza. Notable scholar and writer Fatima Surraya Bajiya was chief guest at the ceremony.

For the final draw, HBL had increased the number of prizes to 200.

Speaking at the occasion, Bajiya congratulated the bank for introducing such an innovative product, making scores of lucky Pakistanis crorepati in the last one and a half year. She said that HBL has always been a leading and reliable bank and hope that it would continue to introduce new products in future for the benefit of the customers.

HBL President Shaukat Tarin congratulated all the winners and thanked all the customers who patronised the Crore-Pati Scheme and helped making it a highly successful product. He affirmed that the bond between banks and its valued customers is everlasting and would become stronger with the dawn of a new millennium.

HBL would continue to pay profit on the certificates not encashed by the customers.
