Notice to minister for recovery of over Rs 1.9m MCB loan

QUETTA: The Balochistan Banking Court has served a notice on a sitting provincial minister of Balochistan government for the recovery of Rs 1,999,186, within 21 days.

The suit against the minister has been filed by the Muslim Commercial Bank for the recovery of its principal and mark-up amounting to Rs 1,999,186, advanced to him for mines and mining business.

The MCB has declared him defaulter and his case will come up for hearing on March 4, in the banking court.
