KARACHI: All the employees of Allied Bank of Pakistan Limited announce to donate their one-day salary to express solidarity with the people of the occupied Kashmir, an ABL press release said here on Friday.

"We are proud to say that whenever the country has faced a difficult time each and every individual of ABL has always extended their full support to the cause," they said.

Meanwhile, in Islamabad the officials and employees of the National Assembly Secretariat in response to the appeal of Chief Executive Gen Pervez Musharraf have also decided to donate one-day salary in the Kashmir Fund.

This was decided at a meeting presided over by National Assembly Secretary Khan Ahmad Goraiya here on Friday.
