Mushko bags two HP awards for customer servicesRECORDER REPORT

KARACHI: At a recently held conference in Dubai, Mushko Electronics (Pvt.) Ltd., was voted Number One in customer services and after-sales support for Asian emerging countries, thus bagging Hewlett Packard's two most prestigious awards, a press release said on Wednesday.

These awards are a reinforcement of Mushko's corporate goal of being a 'provider of world class products and services'. By having strategic alliance with such market leaders as Microsoft, Mushko is able to provide 'total solution' to its clients.

In addition to offering services and support for Hewlett Packard Test and measurement products, the press release said, Mushko's support facilities include LAN management, 24x7 hardware and software support for windows NT and UNIX based servers, application and operating systems software support, personal computers and peripherals maintenance.

Mushko Electronics is the oldest partner of Hewlett Packard, having been awarded the HP dealership in 1953. Being the sole HP corporate reseller in Pakistan, Mushko has authorized service centres manned by HP qualified personnel in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
