ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

Members are hereby informed that the Directors have fixed the number of Directors at Seven to be elected for three years from 01-04-2000 to 31-03-2003 under Section 178(1) of the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The following Directors of the company retire from 31-03-1999 and are eligible to offer themselves for re-election.

Any person who seeks to contest election for Directorship of the company shall file with the company at its registered office a Notice of his intention to offer himself for election 14 days before the date of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 31-03-2000.
