on seed, grain markets

KARACHI: Some changes were marked on the seed and grain markets on Wednesday where fairly large trading was noted.

On the cereals sector, Masoor Canada and Australia was quoted at Rs 2,300 and Rs 2,400. Barley Sindh rose by Rs 40 to Rs 800 to Rs 825.

Beetle I lost Rs 50 to Rs 2,160 but better type rose by same amount to Rs 2,500.

On the whole rice sector Irri-9 Sindh new better type was quoted higher at Rs 1,000. Super basmati better (old) rose by Rs 100 to Rs 2,700.
