TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1) The above mentioned shops and other taxes/tariff will be alloted to the highest bider.

2) 50% Total amount of paid will be deposited by the successful bider in shape of Bank

draft in favour of L.M.C (Administer).

3) 25% amount will be paid by the successful bider at the time of allotment.

4) Remaining 25% amount will be paid at the time of taking over possession.

5) Tariff/Tax andtion amount will be paid by successful bider every 25th advance month

in equal 4 instalments.

6) Larkana Municipal Corporation will raise/enhance rent of shop, triff fee at the rate

of 10% above every year.

7) The terms and conditions of the auction can be seen in the office of the Tax Branch

8) The controlling Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any all the bids recived in auction without assigning any reasons thereof.
