BHC constitutes
company bench
QUETTA: The Balochistan High Court (BHC) has constituted a bench comprising Justice Raja Fayyaz Ahmed under the Companies Ordinance 1984.
According to a BHC notification, this bench would be called "company bench" and would exercise its rights under Section 7 of the above ordinance.
According to another notification of the High Court, Justice Amanullah Yasinazai has said empowered to hear cases of defaulted amount worth Rs.30 million and above under Section 5 of the Bank Companies (Loans Advance, Credit and Financial) Act 1977.ÑPPI
